There are three separate boards that govern and influence what happens at the Mankato Moose Family Center and the activities of these two fraternal orders: Men's Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #1414 [LOOM); and Women of the Moose Chapter #606 (WOTM). Meetings of these three boards, and separate meetings of the general membership, are listed below:

• Joint Management Board and the Combined Men's & Women's General Membership
• Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month - Joint Management Board.
• Every 2nd Tuesday of the month @ 8:15 PM - Combined Men's & Women General Membership.
• Men's LOOM Lodge #1414 Board of Officers and Men's Lodge #1414 Membership
• Every 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month @ 7 PM - LOOM Board of Officers.
  (Summer months: Board of Officers meets only on the 2nd Wendesday.)
• Every 2nd Wednesday of the month @ 8:15 PM - LOOM Membership.
• Women of the Moose Chapter #606 Board of Officers and Chapter #606 Membership
• Every 2nd Wednesday of the month @ 6:30 PM - Chapter Board of Officers
• General Chapter Membership meets on the first Wednesday of every month @ 7 PM for what is considered a "Chapter Night".
• General Chapter Membership meets on the third Wednesday of every month @ 7 PM for what is considered the "Business Meeting".
